- SOUL NOTE, 1996. Enregistrement 1995.
"Crossing Brooklyn Ferry" is a version of Aaron Copland's most famous ballet, "Appalachian Spring". Furic: "... But more than an arrangement for a set of improvisers, it is an extension of copland's original work in all dimensions - composition, orchestration, improvisation, poetry, thematic and rhythmic developments, structural designs,... I ended up writing a lot of new original music rather than just re-arranging "Appalachian Spring". Music by Aaron Copland and Stephane Furic. Arrangements, directions in music by Stephane Furic.
