Hichiriki is a japanese double reed instrument traditionally used in court music and ceremonies; Shofar is a ram's horn of the Bible [the only ancient Jewish instrument which survived the destruction of the Second Temple by the Romans AD 70]; Khaen or khen is a bamboo mouth organ from Laos and north-east Thailand.
