"In december 1997 I received a DAT of aproximately two hours of raw, unedited koto sounds. The sender? Brett Larner. A canadian livong in Tokyo. A master of stringed instruments. I spent a little over a year sculpting these raw koto sounds into the pieces found on this CD. Who I am? A saxophonist/ electronic musician living in the creative music community of Middletown, Connecticut. The project was completed february 9, 1999. Almost all the sounds of koto originate from Brett's source material. The only exceptions are when I appear on guitar on track seven and saxophone on track eight. [...]". A suivre. 32'16''.
