En hommage à son frère Michael décédé en 2007, le trompettiste américain a reformé leur groupe pour ce disque réalisé avec Ada Rovatti (épouse de Randy) reprenant la délicate tâche de remplacer, au sax ténor et soprano, feu Michael. Mick Stern, David Sanborn, Will Lee ou George Whitty (claviers et production) font partie de aussi du band reformé. Production où le savoir faire est bien là mais sans surprise.
