"Great sex comedy music from 70s Italy -- two great soundtracks back to back! First up is the score for the first La Liceale film -- done in a very spare, sexy sort of style by Vittorio Pezzolla -- often with light keyboards, flute, and other elements that drift dreamily with a slinky "through the curtains" sort of feel that's right up there with the best 70s Euro soundtracks! Things are never too electronic, and there's also light bits of voice too -- creating the feel of a sexy uttering with a really breathy quality. The second score for La Liceale Nella Classe Dei Rpetenti is by Gianni Ferrio -- a more familiar name who adds a bit more to his music for the set -- almost going towards the playful, whimsical style of an Italian sex comedy of the 60s with his fuller arrangements -- but still giving the production a 70s feel overall. Ferrio's tunes aren't nearly as sex-heavy as Pezzolla's, but they still have some nice moments -- and with both scores together, the CD features a total of 29 tracks in all, with a few images from the films."
