Après quelques EPs, la jeune chanteuse SZA (la seule fille du label Top Dawg Entertainment) dévoile son attendu premier album studio « CTRL ». En tout, quatorze morceaux de R&B alternatif, aux productions soignées, teintées d'accents Neo-Soul et Hip-Hop.
Quant aux textes parfois crus, ils abordent la liberté sexuelle féminine, le comportement masculin incongru et l'amour. Le disque compte aussi quelques invités qui pèsent lourd dans le Rap game tels que Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, James Fauntleroy et Isaiah Rashad. (CL)
