Le chanteur et rappeur californien Dudley Perkins (connu aussi sous le nom de Declaime) nous livre son cinquième album sous le label Mello Music Group. "Dr Stokley" est un projet produit avec Madlib, Kankick et sa femme Georgia Anne Muldrow qui prête aussi sa jolie voix sur quelques pistes.
