Le compositeur, pianiste et producteur Robert Glasper rend hommage au jazzman et trompettiste Miles Davis (décédé en 1991). Avec cet opus baptisé « Everything's Beautiful », l'artiste revisite et réinterprète de manière unique et moderne onze enregistrements inédits (originaux, samples et arrangements de sons) sur des sonorités Soul, Jazz et Hip-Hop. On découvre aussi de nombreux invités vocaux prestigieux comme Bilal, Illa J, Phonte, Laura Mvula, John Scofield, Erykah Badu ou encore Stevie Wonder. (CL)
