"This is the first full album devoted to the music of fine Chicago singer/guitarist John Lee Granderson. The Tennessee native could often be found performing on Chicago's Maxwell Street in the company of harmonica player John Wrencher, in the clubs with Rober Nighthawk, and as a member of the Chicago String Band." All previously unreleased material. Tracks 13 & 15 recorded mid-60's.
