9 ans après la sortie de "Die, Rugged Man, Die" [KR0060] R.A. The Rugged Man est de retour avec "Legends Never Die" qui parait lui aussi sur le label Nature Sounds. Rappeur new-yorkais à la carrière en dents de scie, R.A. The Rugged Man est actif depuis son adolescence au début des années 90 mais a toujours peiné à trouver son public, c'est peut-être "Legends Never Die" qui changera la donne puisqu'il s'agit d'un album plutôt accessible mais pas trop, produit avec soin et proposant une belle variété dans les productions et les invités.
