Le label Kent propose une très bonne compilation regroupant tous les enregistrements de Patrice Holloway pour Capitol et la Motown. Malgré sa voix puissante et son talent, Patrice Holloway a fait une carrière relativement discrète, dans l'ombre de sa grande soeur Brenda Holloway, elle aussi signée sur la Motown. Cette compilation rend donc enfin justice à cette interprète trop discrète, de la Northern Soul des plus groovy et sensuelle, le tout accompagné d'un livret extrêmement bien détaillé. (PTH)
