Après un premier volet sur le début de la carrière du légendaire Muddy Waters, le célèbre label Frémeaux, sort "The Blues" un deuxième opus qui se consacre à l'oeuvre de l'artiste entre 1951 et 1961. Dix ans de musique Blues et Jazz concentrée en un triple album avec pas moins de soixante morceaux qui représentent bien toute l'âme du Chicago Blues. Le disque est également accompagné d'un livret explicatif en français. (CL)
