Un an après son opus " Love, Mariage & Divorce " en duo avec Toni Braxton, notre artiste Babyface (né Kenneth Edmonds) revient avec " Return Of The Tender Lover ". Un dixième album qui sonne comme un retour aux sources et qui fait référence à son premier gros succès " Tender Lover " sorti en 1989. Le projet renferme neuf morceaux de Soul et R&B efficaces et romantiques dont de jolies ballades autour de l'amour comme " Fight For Love " ou " Exceptional ". Un ensemble délicat et intemporel interprété en compagnie de quelques rares invités : El Debarge et ses frères de After 7 (Kevon Edmonds et Melvin Edmonds). (CL)
