Avec " Something About April II " le multi-instrumentiste et producteur californien Adrien Younge nous offre le second volet de la Bo de son film imaginaire publié en 2009. Dans cet opus notre artiste poursuit son oeuvre en nous racontant la suite de ce couple mixte et de ses aventures amoureuses. Au programme, treize nouveaux morceaux de Soul psychédéliques aux sonorités sixties et seventies. L'oeuvre enregistrée avec une collection d'instruments rares nous plonge dans une ambiance à la fois chaleureuse, vintage et sulfureuse. Du côté des invités on retrouve entre autres la chanteuse israélienne Karolina, le soul-man Raphael Saadig, la chanteuse française Laetitia Sadier ou encore le chanteur américain Bilal. (CL)
