Le label Soul Jazz Recors présente le deuxième volet de la série "Studio one Rocksteady". Le disque rassemble une série de titres issus du studio One, une des plus grandes maisons de Kingston et le premier label de Reggae. Au menu, dix-neuf chansons de Rocksteady enregistrées fin 1960 et début 1970, fortement influencées par les styles Ska, Soul et Reggae. On retrouve une fois de plus des artistes importants tels que Owen Gray, John Holt, Slim Smith, Larry Marshall ou encore The Heptones. (CL)
