Nouvel opus de la série "Rough Guide To Blues Legend". Ce double Cd compile des titres de Blues du chanteur aveugle Blind Lemon Jefferson. Considéré comme le père du Texas Blues, cette légende charmait par ses coups de guitare et son talent vocal. Ces morceaux remastérisés permettent de découvrir un Gospel Blues profond. L'album contient également un second disque bonus de vingt quatre plages interprétées par des artistes de Country Blues qui ont inspiré notre artiste. (CL)
