Belle association du beatmaker de Detroit Apollo Brown et du MC OC. "Trophies" est un très bon album de hip-hop aux beats tranchants et au flow imposant. Dégageant comme une force tranquille, oscillant entre beats old-school et arrangements classieux de synthés et de cordes, ce disque assez caractéristique du son de Detroit convainc sur la longueur par sa sobriété et son efficacité.
