Né au Venezuela mais ayant vécu essentiellement à New York, Ray Lugo a d'abord joué dans un groupe d'afrobeat, Kokolo. Retournant à ses origines latines, il a enregistré ici un album de boogaloo, fidèle au son des années 60. Quelques notes en anglais. (ASDS)
