C'est suite à la demande de l'Andy Warhol Museum, que Dean Wareham (ex-Galaxie 500 et Luna) et Britta Phillips (ex-Luna) se sont retrouvés à composer la bande son de screen tests réalisés par Warhol à la Factory entre 1964 et 1966.
