"Babel is a giant musical structure being composed in many sections and in many styles, with each piece of music being thought of as a Room or place within an enormous tower city. Initially conceived as a double CD, in which listeners could navigate their way through the building at each listening, an extra element was added as a Babel "supplement" later, swelling it to four CDs. This supplement has now become volumes 1 and 4, namely: "KBBL"- the tower's radio station." [...].
