HARMONIC est le premier album de Philm, signé sur le label de Mike Patton Ipecac Records. Le trio californien composé de Pancho Tomaselli [War], Gerry Nestler [Civil Defiance] et le batteur à l'initiative du projet, Dave Lombardo [Slayer, Fantômas...] nous offre sur quinze plages et pendant plus d'une heure un hybride post-hardcore progressif et psychédélique à la production minimaliste.
