Collaborateur de Caribou, Of Montreal ou encore Yeasayer, c'est en solo que s'illustre ici Ahmed Gallab (alias Sinkane) sur un album métissé mêlant dub, influences africaines et jazz- funk. Cohérent de bout en bout malgré des styles divers, MARS dégage dans son ensemble une ambiance apaisée et chaleureuse, très "cool" en somme. I.K.
