Quand il n'est pas occupé à courir le monde pour en rapporter, généreux et précis, des pépites du calibre de Midlake, Lift To Experience ou Fleet Foxes pour son label Bella Union, Simon Raymonde n'oublie pas qu'il fût un musicien important au sein des Cocteau Twins. Associé, entrelacé avec la voix de la chanteuse Stephanie Dosen, il illumine cette rentrée avec le folk chancelant de Snowbird, à la croisée de Mazzy Star, Vashti Bunyan et... Cocteau Twins. Un duo léger comme une plume, qui sera rejoint, sur le languide album Moon, par des membres de Radiohead ou Midlake. (JD Beauvallet pour les Inrocks)
