"Mirah kept her audience listening with the release of Joyride, the remix album, but has taken a tremendous leap with her latest release. Let's just say Mirah celebrates Chanukah, her middle name means "holy day" in Hebrew, and she has gotten in touch with her Jewish/Ukraine roots, with the help of Spectratone. The lyrics aren't so much self-reflective, but are "stories and observations" come to life with the aid of cello, an accordion, and strategically subdued percussion."
