Bassiste du groupe Fugazi. "There to Here' appears to be a protest album, the 13 tracks seeming to me some questions, if not answers, to some of the issues of the last few years. Of course it sounds a little like Fugazi, but it's a lot more minimal and has more jazzy inflections - opener `Reason to Believe' has a bass that reminds me of mid-period Tom Waits, the kind of noises that were on his last album."
