"David Shrigley has been working for the past year on a beautiful concept "album" that comes packaged in a specially designed gatefold 12" sleeve. In place of a vinyl record, it features a 48-page book of his drawings and lyrics for imaginary songs. Shrigley is one of the key figures of the Glasgow Art School scene' and has always worked intensively on many different projects besides his art over the years.His direction on videos for Blur 'The Good Song' (2003) and Bonnie Prince Billiy's 'Agnes' the same year has brought him further in the direction of popular music." www.boomkat.com
